What do you need help with?


Duet is currently having a high issue rate detecting the iPhone 4 / 4S line. Really sorry to keep you waiting any longer we expect to resolve issues specific to this device in the next iOS app update.

iOS app updates require exhaustive testing to prevent the introduction of new bugs, please be patient with us as development and testing is still underway.

If the iPhone 4/4S is the primary device you wish to use for Duet and you would like a refund instead, please contact us.
